Orange County chiropractor happy to call San Clemente home

Saturday, February 17th, 2007

There are a growing number of chiropractors practicing in Orange County, California. The weather and lifestyle in the OC area is hard to beat and chiropractors typically love exercise and the outdoors. With two major chiropractic colleges in the Southern California area, Orange County has become a popular place for young chiropractic doctors to move to upon graduation.

One such chiropractor is Dr. Tim Swift. Dr. Swift is a San Clemente chiropractor that loves the beach life. Dr. Swift was born in Malibu, California and he enjoyed life at the beach until he was 13 years old. After his 13th birthday, his family moved to Utah and he attended junior high and high school in the Salt Lake City area. After graduating high school Dr. Swift moved back to Southern California. After College he ended up studying chiropractic at the Cleveland College of Chiropractic in Los Angeles, California. (the Cleveland Chiropractic College has a rich history in the profession of chiropractic as is regarded by many as one of the best schools in the nation) Dr. Tim began practicing in San Clemente in the beginning of 2001, taking over the existing practice of another chiropractor. He lives in the area with his wife Stephanie, his son Mason, and his daughter Marlee.

Dr. Swift practices a number of chiropractic techniques but he specializes in a technique known as Gonstead. The Gonstead chiropractic technique is a methodology that is based on solid scientific research and results. Doctor Swift has found that the specificity of the Gonstead technique has allowed him to handle many chronic and difficult cases, resulting in great results, even when other treatments may have failed.

Dr. Tim Swift takes pride in serving the people of San Clemente and the surrounding beach communities. The chiropractor’s office is located on Camino Mira Costa in the 92672 ZIP code area. Visit Dr. Swift’s web pages for more information: Chiropractic San Clemente

Local Chiropractors Have a Heart

Wednesday, February 14th, 2007

From Newport Beach to Anaheim Hills to San Clemente and Irvine, local chiropractors have teamed up to educate the OC community about the importance of regular chiropractic care for a healthy spine and body.

In San Clemente, Dr. Tim Swift has been educating his patients on topics related to good spinal health, proper posture, good nutrition, and maintaining a positive attitude.

Did you know that nerves from the spine at the level of you upper back (2nd thoracic vertebra) go to your heart? How would your heart be effected if those nerves did not function properly? What sorts of functional problems would occur if the transmission from the brain to ther heart was disrupted at the area where the nerves exit the spine? As you sit at your computer, leaning forward and creating stress and pressure upon your upper spinal vertebra, what sort of symptoms may arise?

Are you taking care of your heart? Are you getting your spine checked on a regular basis to make sure your body is functioning at an optimal level? Your chiropractor wants you to be healthy, happy, and feeling terrific! Give them a call today.

Huntington Beach Chiropractic Office Celebrates Five Years

Wednesday, February 7th, 2007

February 2007 marks the five-year anniversary for a fantastic chiropractic office in Huntington Beach, California.

17th Street Chiropractic opened their doors five years ago this February. When the office first opened, there was one adjusting table, a single phone line, an x-ray machine, any big vision of bringing exceptional chiropractic care to the local residents of the Huntington Beach area.

From simple beginnings the local HB office has grown to be a premier chiropractic center and they have since added services that assist to rehabilitate the spine. In March of 2007 the office will begin a build-out process on the adjacent suite because 17th Street Chiropractic is expanding.

Dr. John Reardon would like to thank everyone that has helped make his Huntington Beach chiropractic office such a great success.

A message from Dr. John Reardon…
Every year at this time our office celebrates the power of relationships and love in the healing process. For Valentine’s Day we have a very special gift for our patients. It is the gift of health. We provide every patient with a gift for someone they love. That gift is the opportunity to experience better health and great chiropractic care for free. We cover the cost of the patients first visit in the office - x-rays, consultation, examination, everything is covered - with no cost to the patient or to the person who loved them enough to give them the gift of health. Happy Valentine’s day!
