This is a Chiropractic Nervo-scope, used to find heat differentials in the paraspinal musculature...or on either side of the vertebral column. When I first bought this product many years ago, it came without instructions, but if you are familiar with the mechanism you know how easy it is to use.

It has worked without any problem after all these years. I do not know how old it is, butit is in excellent condition.
